The range of services the Company can offer include the preparation of scheme and detail designs, contract documents, terms of payment, tendering procedures, preparation of drawings and specifications, site supervision and project management.  The preparation of feasibility studies, structural appraisals are also within the capabilities of the company.

The company has also formed an independent in house section in order to create a positive environment for providing quality Cost Management Services.

Since 1993 the Company has been on the British Ministry of Defence Approved Consultants List and has carried out a number of design projects and reports for the Sovereign base areas in Cyprus. The broad client base also encompasses Government Departments, Local Authorities, Utility Companies, and wide range of private companies involved in commercial, industrial, residential, and leisure developments.
